  • "I was traveling through Tennessee and had an issue with my bike. I worked with Mike Hodges in the service department. He was able to get my bike checked, serviced and returned to perfect condition. He even managed to get it all done prior to my hotel checkout time! GREAT! Also couldn't help pick up a few items in the dealership and the staff on the floor was awesome. Wish I lived close enough to make this dealership my home!"

  • "What a great experience! I shopped the internet for about 3 months looking to buy my next bike, I needed something more comfortable for my self as well as my wife. I had a Dyna years ago and for some reason traded it for the other American brand, not a very comfortable ride (even after changing the seats). Then I came across this 2006 Black Cherry Ultra Classic with very low miles, showed a picture of it to my wife, she went and looked at it, liked it, but I was unsure, a week later its still for sale, walked in them made an offer they agreed to, next thing you I'm riding my new Ultra Classic home. Thank you Jason (Lucky), Larry, Glen, Ryan and the rest of the staff. It was a great pleasure doing business with you."

    From my initial “just looking around” visit to my purchase of an ‘05 Dyna Low Rider and enrollment into the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy, the entire Appleton staff made me feel as if I were buying a top end Road King.
    Then there is the “after the sale” follow up calls and the inexplicable way the staff seems to be in tune to the “customer”.
    A LOT of businesses could learn from the Appleton H-D business model."

They said no problem and then while they were replacing it I ask them about removing a audio system that I never used and once again they said no problem.   • "This is a little late, but this starts a few years back. I had bought a Electra Glide Ultra Classic though AAFES while I was deployed. Loved that bike. A few years back I got sick, unsure how things were going to work out I took that bike to Appleton's. Glen bought it and told me when I was ready to get back on a bike come see him. On the 5th of February my wife filled out a credit App for HD. I was contacted by Keith and he wanted to know what I was looking for. Said maybe a fatboy or low rider but I really did not know. we went down to Appleton's that Sat (9 Feb). Talked to Keith and now today my wife and I are the very proud owners of a 2019 Heritage Classic. I did see Glen while I was there, he did remember me. I got a great deal. I would like to thank Glen, Larry, Keith and Carlie. I got the bike I wanted, I got the price I wanted, I got parts I wanted and my wife and I even got some t-shirts, helmets, hats and boots.   • "I was returning to Missouri from a ride on the Natchez Trace when my FLHTK started to miss violently. Almost immediately I noticed the billboard on I-24 north advertising Appleton's so when I arrived at the exit I went straight there. From the moment I walked in the door everyone seemed to go out of their way to accommodate me. Josh in parts personally escorted me to the service department and then checked on me several times to see if I had found out what was wrong. Several employees, especially Keith offered coffee, allowed me to place my helmet and jacket in their office while I waited. The Service Department was outstanding. They were able to diagnose my problem and have me back on the road in just about 3 hours. And during the wait, I met several very satisfied customers who had nothing but good things to say about Appleton's. There's something to be said about a business that customers want to go to just hang out with their friends. I thank you all so much for helping me and the fine hospitality and the great job you did for getting back running again."

  • "I recently had my Roadglide in the service department for a brake light switch failure. This failure resulted in the loss of my rear brake will out riding. Research indicated this part was part of a recall and my records indicated that the recall had been performed by another dealership while I was traveling and stopped for a tire replacement. Working with the service department, they contacted the Harley Tech team concerned about a failure of a part covered by a recall. A recall is to prevent the part from failing so why did this part fail? The service department was able to locate the failed part from my bike by digging through the trash, it turns out the recall was not applied by the other dealership. There is a distinct difference in the new part and old. Thanks Appletons and the service department for taking the time to figure this out. I appreciate the outstanding customer service."

  • "My husband and I came into Appletons this past Saturday 8/5/2017 looking to buy a trike. I was extremely upset due to the fact that we were going to trade in our 2 Streetglides and our Dyna for the trike. I knew my husband didn't want to give up his 2012 SG but he was ok giving up the 2014 SG and my 2005 Dyna that we had bought from yall last year. I am a new rider took the riders course through Appletons last year. My husband felt that I was having a hard time on 2 wheels and to say the least I was upset but after talking to Jason, Buddy and Keith I felt it was the best thing for me to do was to get myself on 3 wheels instead of 2 for my safety and my husbands. I was in tears but after many hours of the guys helping us and answering all our questions they found the best deal for us. AS OF TODAY WE WILL BE THE PROUD OWNER OF A 2014 TRIGLIDE. Jason, Buddy and Keith were so understanding and I cant forget Larry for listening to my concerns and screaming for joy in his ear this morning. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPLETONS to anyone no matter what level of rider you are. THEY WILL WORK TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE with your choice no matter if you choose 3 wheels or 2 wheels. OH and cant forget my girl Carrie she will take care of you for all your HD clothing etc needs. THANK YOU THANK YOU"
