Please fill out the form below and submit a flyer/brochure of your event - either by bringing it to our store in-person or emailing marketing@appletonharley.com with "Donation Request" in the subject line. Upon receipt of completed form and flyer, if we are able to make a contribution, you will be contacted by Appleton Harley-Davidson with a date for pick up.
