"I broke down 2 time last Friday on my way to Lil Sturgis, Ky. The first was an engine trouble and the second was a flat rear tire. I called JPM Cycles to come and get me to replace my tire and they told me they would come get me but could not change my tire until Saturday. I call your service dept and told them about my day I was having. They told me they would be there in 45 minutes and would hold an employee over to get me back on the road. You have the BEST service dept I have ever delt with. I was not there for more than 30 minutes. They worked as one team to correct my problems and get me back on the road RIDING as Harley Davidson owner do. Thanks to you and your staff for the excellent service I recieved. "About 4 pm on the 23rd of October, 2006 I found myself in Appletons to do some browsing with my wife for the "Perfect Bike". While we were looking around I began to conversate with Keith, keep in mind we had no intention of buying a bike we were just "browsing", and before I knew it my wife was doing the paperwork on my first Harley.
